Experience
Collectively, the principals have over 50 years of experience in the residential sales, project management and construction industry. With this experience, they have built relationships with people in all the construction trades. We choose partners who share our values as we believe every link of the chain must be strong.
Licensing
We are licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and DC, and therefore have direct control over ALL aspects of the building process, including Project Management, Sales, and Construction Management/General Contracting. This is a benefit to our clients, as they will be working DIRECTLY with those who are doing the hands-on work in all aspects of building their construction project.
